Pour In Place Safety Surfacing Doesn’t Have to Be Torn Up

Don’t Tear it All Out-Patch It

Pour in Place playground surfacing is the Cadillac of safety surfaces.  Consisting of one or two layers of rubber material bonded together with a urethane binder.  Unfortunately, over time the binder hardens and shrinks and can develop trip hazards and targets for youngsters to pull and further damage the surface.

Unlike Everlast Playground Rubber Mulch this is an expensive surface and removing and replacing the playground safety surface is not only very expensive, but is also very disruptive for the facility.

Now there is an “overnight” alternative to reduce the trip zones, enhance the worn appearance of the pour in place (PIP) surface, thereby reducing liability and further damage.

A simple pour in place repair kit ready mixed in a 5 gallon pail.  Simply remove the loose and worn surface by creating clean edges with a razor knife, pour in, trowel down, and presto you are back in business.  All of our low maintenance and easy to install products are available at shop.everlastrubbermulch.com where you will find rubber landscape mulch, rubber playground mulch, rubber mats and borders, all attractively priced and ready to ship.
